Lipa City-Tagaytay Road Trip

The Original Plan was to go to La Virginia Resort at Mataas na Kahoy Batangas but some unfortunate happens. We settled on Batangas still. Actually lahat yata wala sa plano haha. Supposed to be i'll be going with my Childhood best friends and just invited three of my High school Bests but at the last minute di nakasama yung childhood bests ko so the trip was almost cancelled pero tumuloy na rin haha.

~~ 6am meet up at SM Molino to go to Alabang Bus Station
im meeting three of my High school Bestfriends (Joycey, Ina and Raine)

~~ 7:30 am travel from Alabang to Lipa City Batangas.
          Bus Fare is 94 pesos
Along the way nag-iisip na ako ng pwede pang mapuntahan after ng Bluroze. Im thinking of a resort near Lipa to  at least freshen up.

~~ around 10 am Lipa Bus Terminal
And since super aga ang breakfast we decided to eat Brunch at Chowking hehe and bought few snacks after para madala sa loob.

How to Get there:
From the Bus Terminal go to the side of McDonalds there are tricycles there that will get you to the farm.
Cost: P20 each. it's about 10 minutes ride.

First Destination : Bluroze Farm
http://blurozephilippines.com/

The information Center of the Farm.
People are kind, friendly and cheery. :)
Entrance fee: P100
you can see the available cottages rates and other amenities on their website

At the left side of the entrance (opposite the information). A huge as in huge pen of ostrich and lambs and ducks too
going to the main entrance of the farm on the right side again you will find these spot.
there was almost 10 "duyans" there. hehe
we stayed there for a while. got tired from the trip and rest for a while. Kanya-kanya kami ng duyan haha
and since medyo malayo ang distance namin. Galit-Galit muna haha

Siguro ang tagal na naming naka-stay doon kaya nagsimula na kaming lumibot sa place.
The entrance to the farm.

upon entering the park this bridge serves as an entrance arc :)
On the other side you can still see the huge pen and the parks high water tank. me and my friend Joycey were actually thinking of climbing it up. But we think it was not permitted to the guests and the steel stairs was quite thin yet i think up there was great! haha

Mas minabuti naming maglibot muna kesa mag-stay sa isang lugar. They have the Playgrounds, Camping site, mini zoo all around haha different trees and plants with their identification and Botanical source (scientific names), there's volley ball court, basketball Court, event centers, Restaurant and souvenir shops

Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus deglupta

from a far we thought it's a peacock but its not. hehe
they were called Cassowary. It was my first time to see one..
continuing the tour napadpad na kami sa religious part ng park it's like the place is full of statues of Saints. There is also a Station of the cross and...

a wishing well. Its not that deep you can see the cemented floor of it and there was these parts wherein the names of certain patron saints were carved or written. We were actually intentionally dropping our coins to a certain Saints haha but it's really hard to drop your coin easily on the designated Saint you want it to be. :)

across the well is another small bridge going to other side

after the Station of the Cross and near the Chapel you're going to see caves by caves the statues by family of one of many famous biblical characters. My Friend, Raine  asked us to take her a picture with the Family of Moses. :)
binalak namin magpa-picture lahat kaya lang very disturbing ang mga big mosquito's. hindi naman sila harmful haha..disturbing lang talaga..
the small chapel

We saw another "Duyans" again near the souvenir shops, Restaurant and event center and an open field where the volleyball court is.
It was quite hot and sunny so we decided to stay at the swings with the chickens and doves around :)

these Chickens are Big!
we were actually imagining.. ang sarap siguro nito haha ang laman-laman... yummy!

we brought snacks insides and sit around the cottage with these eager birds waiting for a small chip we were eating.
the only black in there was the bully one haha when i gave them a small chip it was the one who run and beak it fast to eat it haha

since they have a mini zoo...there's a snobbish baboon. Im not sure what monkey specie is that haha i just Called it I.R Baboon because it looks like him.

more monekys! :) beware daw Cellphone snatchers daw ang cuties na ito haha

i forgot what this is called.. it's like a Cat-bear...but it's so cute!!
are these "Pabo"? haha ang cute nila pag namamasyal na sila sa paligid hahaha
grupo-grupo kasi

There is also a Small maze there

pagpasok pa lang namin may bata kaming nakilala :) he offered us to help us to get to the exit which is okay with us haha may instant tour guide na kami haha
May  hanging bridge pa! :)

As we exit the maze we thanked our little leader, john earl or john carl haha sorry i forgot
but he's such a good kid.
Beside the maze is the playground so we stayed around there for a while and think of where to go to again. It's just been 2pm and it's still early to go home. After an Hour we decided to go to....

Second destination: Tagaytay

As we were traveling going to tagaytay i was thinking...
This is the so Called...
ROAD TRIP!
:)

Our Travel Routes:
From Lipa Bus Terminal to Turbina - P42 (Bus)
Turbina to Balibago Complex - P 30 something (Jeep)
Balibago Complex to Tagaytay Market - P40 (Jeep)
Tagaytay Market to People's Park - P10 (Tricycle)

Wow!! Grabe lang ang road trip na yun! It was before 6pm when we got there at magco-close na ang park haha we were thinking to have an overnight pero sa huli mas minabuti na lang namin umuwi haha.

sorry blur.. gutom na ata ako haha

We always go to Tagaytay (my HS Bests) but this is the first time we got there by Sunset and nearly evening.  Sarap sana mag-star gazing pero wala nang tao at walang ilaw sa gabi.
Mga stores lang meron hehe
But the scenery is great. You're going to see the Starry night and the blinking lights of the city.
:)
We just ate na lang dinner since we were quite exhausted and terribly hungry! haha

Their food is Delicious!! Yummy!
Roasted chicken, Squid and Pancit Bihon!
Yummy!

Going Home.. around 8:30pm na kami lumabas ng Park.. From the Bus Stop thankfully there is a "Collette's" famous for pasalubongs. so we dropped by to buy few pasalubongs. My Buko pie was the last haha. about 10:30 pm were all HOME... :)
Routes:
Peoples Park - Bus Stop - P20
Bus Stop - SM Bacoor - P60 something

We knew that it was not the best Trip we ever had. Our Trip failed in someways but we all have the first times haha. But i guess it's still fun and we had a great time being together. We seldom meet and have a get together because of our busy schedules but we will not let it ruined our day because of some malfunctioned plans. My fault too because I relied much to La Virginia Resort Plan. Oh well there will be another timer again for us. :)
We still had some fun.
Bluroze is a great place for relaxation and peacefulness. :)
We can easily appreciate anything so it's not a problem to us.
Kahit na naging magulo ang day masaya pa rin..
:)

Early Holy Week trip to Kamay ni Hesus Lucban Quezon (Part 2)

Day 2

Rise and Shine on the beautiful sunny Sunday at Lucban Quezon! :) Were still quite sleepy haha since it was almost 12 midnight when we decided to retire ourselves from chit-chatting plus difficulty in sleeping because of "namamahay" (for me) and maybe because of the loud engines of the tricycles. hmmph! but it was okay. We were looking forward to climb the hundred steps of the Kamay ni Hesus Shrine. No rains this time. :)
I was planning to take the mass at St. Louis Church by 7am but i was so late so i was really hoping that i would have the chance to take mass at Kamay ni Hesus Healing Church. So here we go. This really is it! haha

The Trail to heaven
view from the church down

before you enter the trail you will find the candle stand and of course i would not let it pass by to light candles and say a little prayer
Pieta

The Noah's Arc, a lodging
Before you enter the trail besides it there was the Garden of Eden trail. It is much more low-leveled than the trail of Kamay ni Hesus we dont go there actually.

small pool of lots of Koi Fish, they are big! :)

The start of the trail to Garden of Eden but we never continue to follow.. :(

The stairway to heaven este The stairway of the shrine.
this was taken maybe on the 2nd 0r 3rd level. That was the healing Church and since it was Sunday lot of Devotee's and Mass goers are attending the mass and climbing up the stations.
Ive tried to capture all the station of the cross but failed to capture all.

there are some small bridges along the way :)

a floating Immaculate Conception but no within the grounds of the shrine there are lots of Statues of different Saints, Jesus Christ and Virgin Mary. I think it is in the upper portion of the ground or something that in the trail it looks like it was floating in the air.

there is also a big Grotto of Our Lady of Fatima in between of a station

above grounds near to the top

From the top it was really exhausting but in the same time very fulfilling! It was like you have won in a race. It was such a great experience to share and remember. I have seen different people there adults, teenagers, kids, family, people who are sick and old people and that was really fascinating to see because the trail up and the stairs were very exhausting. It was so amazing and so touched to see these people (those people who's sick and the old ones) have the faith in their eyes and their determination to be healed. Maybe the others have their "Panata" to go there and many other reasons. It was such touching to see these people. I really so much admire them.

After the exhausting trail up i attended the last mass schedule. (luckily nahabol ko pa haha). After Mass we go back to Town Proper to eat at Buddy's and Buy "pasalubongs" like Longganisa Lukban, the famous Broas, espasol (my favorite!) and a very yummy Yema Cake! haha

To see our food trips you can see it to my friend's food blog http://munchersandnibblers.blogspot.com/2012_02_01_archive.html

We rode Back home around 1pm and arrived at Manila by 6pm. Such a great weekend indeed! :)
A great travel. :)
